劳动制度 国家权力机关或主管部门对劳动者参加社会劳动制定的政策、法令和规章制度的统称.一般包括劳动就业制度、劳动用工制度、工时制度、劳动考核和奖惩制度、劳动力调配制度,以及劳动保护、劳动保险、福利待遇制度.劳动制度是经济体制的组成部分,是劳动关系的具体表现.社会主义劳动制度是由社会主义经济制度所决定的,它使劳动者享有劳动的权利、承担劳动义务,并且保证劳动者为社会提供一定量劳动后,有获得相应的劳动报酬、福利待遇和物质保障的权利.劳动制度是否科学合理,最终要看它是束缚还是解放生产力,是阻碍还是促进劳动生产率的提高.
