应用聚合酶链反应方法,测定20例急性早幼粒白血病患者的抗调亡基因bcl-2mRNA表达水平,并分析基因与急性早幼粒白血病PML-RARα融合基因异构体的关系。结果表明,异构体之间的bcl-2mRNA表达水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)。提示PML-RARα转录本构型不影响临床特征和预后
The expression of anti-apoptotic gene bcl-2 mRNA in 20 patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia was determined by polymerase chain reaction and the relationship between the gene and the isomer of PML-RARα fusion gene in acute promyelocytic leukemia was analyzed.
