颞骨内部结构精细,毗邻关系复杂,不仅该部位手术难度高,同时对该部位的应用解剖学研究比较棘手,临床教学讲解和图示很难表达清楚。采用螺旋CT三维成像技术将二维图像转化为直观、精确的立体图像,并经过旋转和电子“解剖”,可以从不同角度、深度进行观察,而且能将不同结构标记不同的颜色,真实形象地再现各结构的解剖空间关系,这种技术被称为“非损伤的立体解剖”。我们对6侧颞骨内部特殊结构进行三维重建并模拟手术,取得满意结果。
