宫颈鳞癌组织中MTA1蛋白的表达及其意义

目的探讨MTA1蛋白表达与宫颈鳞癌发生发展及浸润转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测49例宫颈癌组织及其相应的30例癌旁非典型增生组织和49例正常组织中MTA1蛋白及的表达。结果①伴有淋巴结转移组MTA1蛋白阳性表达率高于无淋巴结组,两组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②浸润至外膜MTA1蛋白的阳性表达率高于深肌层及浅肌层,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);浸润至深肌层组MTA1蛋白的阳性表达率稍高于浅肌层组,两者相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③癌组织MTA1蛋白阳性表达率均高于相应的癌旁非典型增生组织及正常宫颈黏膜组织,三者两两相比差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论MTA1蛋白在宫颈鳞癌组织表达明显升高,MTA1于宫颈鳞癌的形成及浸润转移密切相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of MTA1 and the development, invasion and metastasis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MTA1 in 49 cases of cervical cancer and its corresponding 30 cases of atypical hyperplasia of adjacent tissues and 49 cases of normal tissues. Results ① The positive rate of MTA1 protein in lymph node metastasis group was higher than that in non-lymph node group, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). ② The positive rate of MTA1 protein infiltrated into the adventitia was higher than that of the deep myometrium and superficial myometrium (P <0.05). The positive rate of MTA1 protein infiltrated into the deep myometrium was slightly higher than that of the superficial myometrial There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). (3) The positive rate of MTA1 protein expression in cancer tissues was higher than that in the adjacent atypical hyperplasia tissues and normal cervical mucosa tissues (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of MTA1 protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue is obviously increased. The formation and invasion and metastasis of MTA1 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma are closely related.
