新农村文化建设是新农村建设的重要内容,也是新农村建设水平高低的重要因素。本文以杨凌农业高新产业示范区为例,就如何能够有效发挥农业示范区在农村文化建设方面的示范职能进行了调查与思考,笔者认为,杨凌作为我国唯一的农业高新区,除了科技示范之外,更应在新农村文化建设方面起到示范引领作用。示范区新农村文化建设实施的水平和高度,对示范区的经济和社会发展将起到加大推动作用,也更有利于示范区示范辐射作用的发挥。
