发展的代价改革开放以来,中国经济发展的高速度让世界瞩目,GDP节节攀升;而另一方面,我们的资源消耗速度、环境污染程度同样令世界刮目。截至2010年的数据显示,全国有70%的江河水系受到污染,其中40%已基本丧失使用功能,流经城市的河流95%以上受到严重污染;3亿农民喝不到干净水,4亿城市人呼吸不到新鲜空气;1/3的国土被酸雨覆盖,世界上污染最严重的20个城市,中国占了16个。
The Cost of Development Since the reform and opening up, the rapid economic development in China has drawn the attention of the world and the GDP has risen steadily.
