针对目前热轧模型应用过程中存在的小批量特殊规律轧制钢种适应能力差的问题,在深入研究现有热轧模型建立与优化的基础上,结合机理计算公式和先进的模型控制技术,提出基于案例推理的热轧小批量轧制钢种融合建模方法。针对小批量钢种的工况特征,详细阐述了案例推理模型的建立及实际应用过程,并根据实际生产经验给出了建模过程中的一些针对性的研究和参数调试过程。应用结果表明,这种融合建模方法可以有效提高小批量轧制钢种的模型控制精度,从而提高产品质量。
Aiming at the problem of poor adaptability of the small volume special rules rolled steel existing in the application of the hot rolling model at present, on the basis of deeply studying the establishment and optimization of the existing hot rolling model, combining the mechanism calculation formula and the advanced model control technology, A case-based reasoning-based hot rolling small quantities of steel fusion modeling method. According to the working condition characteristics of small quantities of steel, the establishment of case inference model and the practical application process are described in detail. According to the actual production experience, some pertinent research and parameter debugging process are given. The application results show that this fusion modeling method can effectively improve the model control accuracy of small batch rolled steel to improve the product quality.
