油橄榄是园艺学特性很强的果树植物,必须根据其生长发育规律,合理整形修剪,得以建成一个高产优质便于管理的理想树形。 在意大利,油橄榄是作为果树来栽培的,在整形修剪方面有一套独特的技术。近年来,随着集约化栽培的发展,油橄榄的整形修剪的趋势是使幼树快长树,早结果,控制树体结构,使树冠矮化。根据参加意大利油橄榄种植培训班学习,将整形修剪技术介绍于后。为我省开展这方面研究工作提供借鉴。
