随着国民经济收入水平的提高,人们不断追求建筑舒适与安全的匹配度,尤其在城市化背景下,以钢筋混凝土结构为主的建筑形式中,剪力墙是建筑结构中最重要的组成部分。剪力墙具有较好的整体性,其主要功能是承受建筑的水平、纵向荷载,避免结构受剪遭到破坏,相应地,在剪力墙结构中实现墙肢之间连接的连梁,在地震、风荷载作用下发挥着重要的作用。由于连梁两端的墙肢普遍存在不均匀压缩问题,导致连梁的内力较大,并在这一受力特点下容易出现破坏现象,导致潜在的安全隐患。本文中基于连梁超筋问题展开研究,并提出剪力墙结构连梁超筋现象的若干处理策略,以供建筑从业者参考。
With the improvement of national income level, people are constantly pursuing the match between building comfort and safety. Especially in the context of urbanization, the most important component of building structure is the shear wall, which is mainly made of reinforced concrete structure . Shear wall has good integrity, its main function is to withstand the level of the building, longitudinal load, to avoid damage to the structure by shearing, accordingly, in the shear wall structure to achieve the connection between the wall and the wall beams, in the Earthquake, wind load plays an important role. Due to the ubiquitous compression problem of the wall and limbs at both ends of the connecting beam, the internal force of the connecting beam is relatively large, and under the force characteristics, the phenomenon of damage is liable to occur, leading to potential safety hazards. In this paper, based on the problem of connecting beams and over tendons, a number of treatment strategies are put forward to provide reference for construction practitioners.
