对苏州产 YZ—5CSI 裂隙灯照相显微镜进行改装,研制了裂隙灯荧光光度计,在试管内能测得的最低荧光索浓度为O.5×10~(-9)g/ml,在5×10~(-10)g/ml与5×10~(-7)g/ml 的荧光索浓度之间,所测电流强度与荧光素浓度呈线性关系。正常眼组,在注射荧光素钠14mg/Kg 一小时后,所测后玻璃体荧光素浓度为0.35±0.33×10~(-9)g/ml,通过视网膜色素变性、视网膜中央静脉阻塞、糖尿病、视神经网膜炎、Stargardt 氏病等的测定结果,证明该仪器是测定视网膜屏障功能改变的理想工具。

Through the retinitis pigmentosa, central retinal vein occlusion, diabetes, Optic neuritis, Stargardt’s disease and other results, the instrument proved to be the ideal tool for measuring changes in retinal barrier function.
