工程项目档案管理是工程项目管理工作的重要组成部分,项目档案的完整准确与否、管理水平的高低,不仅关乎项目建设的顺利进行,而且对日后的生产经营、改扩建、维护有着及其重要的作用。建设工程项目档案主要有建设文件、资料、图纸组成,高标准做好工程项目档案管理工作对于搞好项目建设、规范项目管理有着极其重要的意义。本文就如何做好工程项目文书档案管理工作,进一步规范工程项目管理谈些粗浅认识,与同行们商榷。
