福利多元主义是一种在社会福利的提供上主张除政府以外的市场、企业、志愿组织等多方共同参与的福利理论。而当前我国城市弱势群体在住房保障方面仍然存在诸多问题,住房条件较差,廉租房、公租房等房源申请困难,这些因素都制约着城市弱势群体生活质量和生活水平的提高。本文试从福利多元主义视角出发,来探索解决城市弱势群体住房福利问题的路径方法。 Welfare pluralism is a kind of welfare theory that advocates the participation of markets, enterprises and voluntary organizations other than the government in the provision of social welfare. At present, many disadvantaged groups in urban China still have many problems in housing security, such as poor housing conditions, low-rent housing and public rental housing, which all restrict the improvement of living quality and standard of living of urban disadvantaged groups. This article tries to explore ways and means to solve the housing welfare problems of urban vulnerable groups from the perspective of welfare pluralism.
