肺错构瘤属肺良性肿瘤,为肺孤立结节,以往诊断多靠 X线平片,X 线断层及普通 CT。本文侧重讨论螺旋 CT 二维薄层扫描及三维重建对该病的诊断价值。1 材料和方法1.1 一般资料肺错构瘤患者10例,男4例,女6例,年龄40~65岁。患者多无自觉症状,体检时发现。1.2 方法使用 SOMATOM PLUS4螺旋 CT 扫描机,扫描条件120~140kV,200~240mA,层厚2mm,再重建间隔1mm,扫描范围包全肿瘤边缘,利用计算机 SSD 功能进行三维重建。
Pulmonary hamartoma is a benign lung tumor. It is an isolated pulmonary nodule. In the past, it was diagnosed by X-ray plain film, X-ray fault and common CT. This article focuses on the diagnostic value of spiral CT two-dimensional thin-slice scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction of the disease. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information 10 patients with pulmonary hamartoma, 4 males and 6 females, aged 40 to 65 years old. Many patients had no symptoms and were found during physical examination. 1.2 Method The SOMATOM PLUS4 spiral CT scanner was used. The scan conditions were 120-140kV, 200-240mA, layer thickness 2mm, and reconstruction interval 1mm. The scan range covered the entire tumor edge and the computer SSD was used to perform three-dimensional reconstruction.
