针对大尺寸组合精密测量的需求,提出一种新型激光标靶位姿测量方法.首先介绍了其测量原理,并采用基于插值的非参数模型标定方法建立了入射光线姿态和相机靶面光斑的位置关系,通过基于参考棱镜的反向解算方法求解相机坐标系和激光标靶坐标系的位姿关系,构建了该测量系统的数学模型.基于此模型分析了测量系统的误差源,并对模型中影响测量结果的因素进行了仿真分析.最后通过实验进一步验证了模型的可行性和有效性.
In order to meet the demand of large-size combined precision measurement, a new measurement method of pose and pose of laser target is proposed.First, the measurement principle is introduced, and the position of the incident light and the spot of the camera target surface are established by using the non-parametric model calibration method based on interpolation The mathematical model of the measurement system is constructed by solving the pose relationship between the camera coordinate system and the laser target coordinate system based on the inverse solution of the reference prism.The error sources of the measurement system are analyzed based on this model, The influencing factors of the measurement results are simulated and analyzed.Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are further verified through experiments.
