糖尿病足部出现溃疡或组织坏死时 ,90 %以上存在血管病变[1] 。早期基因c myc和直接早期癌基因c fos都是编码核蛋白的癌基因 ,它们的产物具有转录调节作用[2 ] 。我们应用免疫组织化学方法对 9例糖尿病足患者血管平滑肌及 6例正常血管平滑肌组织中c fos、c myc蛋白表达进行检测
