在吐鲁番车站发电所扩建设计过程中,我们感到,按《铁路工程技术规范》的规定确定柴油机发电所设计规模,存在一些问题,我们认为《规范》的有关规定应作一些修改。现结合吐鲁番车站发电所的情况,谈谈我们的看法。由于周围无地方电源,多年来吐鲁番车站一直由柴油发电机组供电。1974年铁道部第一设计院为南疆线作吐鲁番车站扩建设计时,设计了一座柴油机发电所,装机容量520kW(其中一台200kW为备用机组),发电所于1981年建成发电。1980年,铁路局有关部门提出,该所发电容量不能满足车站用电需要,要求扩建。我们查阅了铁一院的设计文件,对吐鲁番车站用电情况作了比较详细的调查。发现:铁一院的设计经过认真调查,并同铁路局有关部门洽商过,计算和设
In the process of expansion design of Turpan station power station, we feel that there are some problems in determining the design scale of diesel engine power station according to the “Technical Specifications for Railway Engineering”.
