环境教育作为一种特殊的教育实践,具有十分重大的价值,主要包括物质价值、文化价值和人的价值3部分内容。同时,环境教育立法所具有的价值也越来越受到理论界的重视,具体而言主要是塑造科学伦理观、呼应环境法制建设、保障环境法治践行3个层面。我国当前的环境教育立法还存在着许多问题,需要从多个方面着手加以完善,确保环境教育取得理想的成效。
As a special educational practice, environmental education has great value, including three parts of material value, cultural value and human value. At the same time, the value of environmental education legislation is also paid more and more attention by theorists. More specifically, it is mainly about shaping scientific ethics, echoing the construction of environmental law and guaranteeing the practice of environmental law. At present, there are still many problems in China’s enviroment education legislation, which needs to be improved from many aspects to ensure that environmental education achieves the desired results.
