当今时代,终身教育观念风靡全世界。作为终身教育的重要组成部分的继续教育,继续教育的必要性与重要性越来越明显。在继续教育的传统施教过程中,一味地按照男女两性一致的教育原则忽略了重要的性别因素,这在一定程度上对女性继续教育产生了较大的负面影响。笔者拟从女性研究视角,结合继续教育理论,在文献分析的基础上,运用访谈调查法,深入探讨成功女性(文中具体指成功女性企业家)的继续教育。本研究首先分析女企业家继续教育的必要性,接着尝试性探讨继续教育的内容,并在最后试探性地为发展女企业家继续教育的建议。
In today’s era, the concept of lifelong education has swept the world. As an important part of lifelong education, continuing education, the necessity and importance of continuing education is more and more obvious. In the traditional teaching of continuing education, blindly according to the principle of education of both men and women ignores the important gender factors, which to a certain extent, has a greater negative impact on women’s continuing education. Based on the literature analysis, this article intends to use the method of interview and investigation to further explore the continuing education of successful women (specifically, successful female entrepreneurs) from the perspective of female studies and the theory of continuing education. This study first analyzes the necessity of continuing education for women entrepreneurs, then discusses the content of continuing education tentatively and tentatively proposes to develop the continuous education for women entrepreneurs.
