随着高等院校招生时特长生加分政策出台与实施,如今更多的高中生倾向特长生方向发展。因此教师如何培养与教育特长生,促进特长生发展,为国家输送特长人才,成为高中教师关注热点。文章以高中体育特长生的培养为出发点,重点分析体育特长生培养策略。
With the introduction and implementation of the extra-high-point-plus-point policy for enrollment of institutions of higher learning, more senior high school students nowadays tend to develop in special education. Therefore, teachers how to cultivate and educate special students, promote the development of preeminent students and bring talents for the country and become the focus of high school teachers. The article takes the cultivation of high school sports specialty students as the starting point, and focuses on the analysis of the cultivation strategies of sports elite students.
