[目的]对喀什树莓酒的紫外指纹图谱进行研究。[方法]采用紫外可见吸收光谱法,计算样品紫外光谱与多个对照样品紫外光谱的相似度并求出平均值,通过该平均值与阈值的比较对样品质量进行评价。[结果]紫外光谱相似度能敏感反映谱图间的差异,该方法能够快速、准确地反映树莓酒的质量状况。[结论]根据紫外指纹图谱可实现对喀什树莓酒的质量控制。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the UV fingerprint of Raspberry wine in Kashgar. [Method] The UV - Vis spectrum of the sample was compared with that of the UV spectra of several samples and the average value was calculated by UV - Vis absorption spectroscopy. The sample quality was evaluated by comparing the average value with the threshold value. [Result] The similarity of UV spectra could reflect the difference between the spectra sensitively. This method can quickly and accurately reflect the quality of raspberry wine. [Conclusion] The quality control of Raspberry wine in Kashgar can be realized by UV fingerprint.
