高水基液压液(亦称高水基流体、高水基乳状液)发泡与消泡的成因,是一个比较复杂的问题。本文主要研究8137、8140、8160等系列高水基液压液发泡的实验规律,同时用目前比较流行的解释消泡机理的某些理论来说明这些规律,并从中引出某些结沦,为我们研究高水基液压液的消泡问题提供一些行之有效的方法。高水基液压液能否在实践中得到应用,除了应具备有长期稳定性、防腐蚀、防霉、耐磨等特性外,同时还应具备良好的消泡性能。高水基液压液消泡性能不好,会使液压泵容积效率下降,总效率降低。大量的气泡会使高水基液压液冷却性能和润滑性能变坏,使液压系统产生气阻,造成液压元件局部过热、烧蚀,使液压系统无法正常运行。因此,消泡性能好坏是高水基液压液能否在实践中得到推广应用的重要因素之一。本文主要讨论高水基液压液起泡与消泡问题,并通过实验为高水基液压液消泡提供一些行之有效的办法。
High water-based hydraulic fluid (also known as high water-based fluids, high water-based emulsion) foaming and defoaming causes, is a more complex issue. In this paper, we mainly study the experimental rules of series 8137, 8140, 8160 and other series of high hydraulic-based hydraulic fluid foaming. At the same time, we use some of the more popular theories to explain the defoaming mechanism to illustrate these rules and derive some conclusions from them. Hydraulic fluid defoaming problems provide some effective methods. High water-based hydraulic fluid can be applied in practice, in addition to have long-term stability, corrosion resistance, mold, wear and other characteristics, but also should have good defoaming properties. High water-based hydraulic fluid defoaming performance is poor, will reduce the volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic pump, reducing the overall efficiency. A large number of bubbles will make high water-based hydraulic fluid cooling performance and lubrication performance deterioration, the hydraulic system produces air resistance, resulting in local overheating of hydraulic components, ablation, the hydraulic system can not be normal operation. Therefore, defoaming performance is good or bad high water-based hydraulic fluid can be widely used in practice one of the important factors. This paper mainly discusses the foaming and defoaming problems of high water-based hydraulic fluid, and provides some effective methods for the defoaming of high water-based hydraulic fluid through experiments.
