目的:研究健骨固本胶囊对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的防治作用。方法:将SD雌性大鼠行双侧卵巢切除术,随机分为假手术组(Sham组)、模型组(Model组)、GB高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组(0.8,0.4,0.2g·kg-1)和阳性对照组仙灵骨葆胶囊(0.8g·kg-1),共6个组,每组10只。12周后,使用Lunar双能X线骨密度测定仪测定全身骨矿量(BMC)和全身骨密度及股骨骨密度;采用市售试剂盒分析血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(StrACP)含量和骨组织羟脯氨酸含量;股骨三点弯曲实验分析最大应力、弹性模量和能量吸收。结果:健骨固本胶囊可显著增加骨密度、骨矿量、增加股骨干重指数;显著降低血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶水平,提高骨羟脯氨酸含量;明显提高骨最大应力、弹性模量和能量吸收。结论:健骨固本胶囊对大鼠去卵巢实验性骨质疏松症模型具有显著的改善作用。
Objective: To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Jiangu Guben Capsule on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. METHODS: SD female rats underwent bilateral oophorectomy and were randomly divided into sham operation group (Sham group), model group (Model group), GB high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group (0.8, 0.4, 0.2 g · kg-1) and positive control group Xianlingguyu capsules (0.8g · kg-1), a total of 6 groups, 10 in each group. After 12 weeks, whole body bone mineral amount (BMC), whole body bone mineral density and femoral bone mineral density were measured using Lunar dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry; serum tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (StrACP) content and bone tissue were analyzed using a commercial kit. Results: Jiangu Guben Capsules can significantly increase bone mineral density, bone mineral content, increase femoral dry weight index, significantly reduce serum tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase, increase bone hydroxyproline content, and significantly increase bone maximum stress and elastic modulus. And energy absorption. Conclusion: Jiangu Guben Capsule has a significant improvement effect on ovariectomized experimental osteoporosis model in rats.
