应用高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)对葡萄中的植物生长调节剂赤霉素(GA3)残留进行了分析检测。样品经乙腈萃取后盐析,提取液用PSA(乙二胺-N丙基硅烷)和ODS吸附剂净化,过0.22μm微孔滤膜,滤液直接用HPLC紫外检测器测定。检测波长为210 nm,采用甲醇∶7.5 mmol/L甲酸为30∶70的体系为流动相。结果表明,该方法操作简单、快速,杂质干扰少,分离度较好,灵敏度高,GA3最小检测浓度为0.013 mg/kg,平均添加回收率为86.84%,相对标准偏差为3.69%,完全能满足残留分析的要求。
The application of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to determine the plant growth regulators gibberellin (GA3) residues in grapes. Samples were extracted by acetonitrile and salted out. The extracts were purified with PSA (ethylenediamine-N-propylsilane) and ODS adsorbent over a 0.22 μm microporous membrane. The filtrate was directly measured by HPLC UV detector. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. The mobile phase consisted of methanol: 7.5 mmol / L formic acid at 30:70. The results showed that the method was simple, rapid, less impurity interference, good resolution and high sensitivity. The minimum detectable concentration of GA3 was 0.013 mg / kg, the average recovery was 86.84% and the relative standard deviation was 3.69% Residue analysis requirements.
