With the development of information industry, the number, scope and characteristics of knowledge workers have produced many changes. The most notable feature is that knowledge workers in the information society are laborers with cultural capital. This article focuses on the process and significance of knowledge workers and their cultural capital being reshaped in the knowledge labor field. The original cultural capital that knowledge workers obtain from education is reshaped in the labor field as the ideological foundation that supports the production process of knowledge. Through conceptual identification and case-based mechanism, the enterprise organization constructs the discourse right and legitimacy in the process of remodeling. Finally, the quantification mechanism of performance evaluation directly affects the labor behavior itself. The remodeling of cultural capital ensures the production of innovative knowledge, and at the same time it also leads to the production of some problems in production due to the individualism and hierarchical hierarchy in which it is clouded. Therefore, the cultural capital of knowledge workers is not only the core element of knowledge labor , But also the main dimensions of management and control of employers. In theory, the complicated mechanism of ideology formation in the knowledge labor field poses a challenge to the traditional judgment of the formation of labor process theory in industrial production. It is a further understanding that the two dimensions of technological change and culture should be added to the relevant research framework The prerequisite and foundation of knowledge labor.
