观察硫酸依替米星治疗急性淋病的临床有效性及安全性。用国产硫酸依替米星与大观霉素随机对照治疗急性淋病 6 8例 ,其中硫酸依替米星组 32例 ,用药方法为 0 .1g,q12 h,静脉滴注 ;大观霉素组 36例 ,用药方法为 :2 .0 g,qd,肌肉注射 ,两组疗程均为 3d。两药临床治愈率分别为 93.75 % (30 / 32 )和 94.4% (34 /36 ) ,无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。其不良反应率分别为 6 .2 5 % (2 / 32 )和 0 % ,反应轻微 ,均可以耐受 ,结果表明硫酸依替米星是治疗淋病安全有效的药物。
To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of etimicin in the treatment of acute gonorrhea. Sixty cases of acute gonorrhea were treated with domestic etidronate sulfate and spectinomycin, 32 cases of which were treated with etimic sulfate. The treatment methods were 0.1 g, q12 h, and intravenous drip. In the spectinomycin group, 36 , Medication method is: 2.0 g, qd, intramuscular injection, two courses of treatment are 3d. The clinical cure rates of the two drugs were 93.75% (30/32) and 94.4% (34/36) respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). The adverse reactions were 6.55% (2/32) and 0%, respectively. The response was slight and both were tolerable. The results showed that etimicin sulfate was a safe and effective drug for the treatment of gonorrhea.
