新课改中,提出了评价改革的要求,随着《语文》新教材的施行,在《语文》课教学中开展课堂教学评价,已成为教师评价的一个组成部分。本文主要阐述在课堂教学中引入发展性教师评价的必要性、可操作性及从课堂教学中体现教师发展性评价功能的转变、评价内容多元化及评价带来的启示。评价使教师不断地调节自身的行为和心理状态,进而促进教师自身素质的提高和成长。
In the new curriculum reform, we put forward the requirements of evaluating the reform. With the implementation of the new Chinese teaching material, the evaluation of classroom teaching in the teaching of Chinese has become an integral part of teacher evaluation. This article mainly expounds the necessity and feasibility of introducing the developmental teacher evaluation into the classroom teaching, as well as the change of the teacher's developmental evaluation function from classroom teaching, the diversification of evaluation content and the enlightenment from the evaluation. Evaluation enables teachers to constantly adjust their own behavior and mental state, and thus promote the improvement of teachers' own quality and growth.
