目的:为了能在自然界大型水体和旷野中对中华按蚊种群进行研究。方法:研制出适合于稻田浅水定 量研究的实验筒,适合于深水的实验网和接近自然状态的大实验笼。应用这些工具进行了自然界中华按蚊种群生 命表的研究。结果:利用系列研究工具定量研究出1998年第8代中华按蚊自然种群生命表。求出各发育历期的 死亡数和死亡因素,死亡率,存活率和死亡因素k值,分析出各发育阶段的关键死亡因素,计算下代预计产卵量为 8288粒,种群趋势指数I为6.3027。结论:系列研究工具使中华按蚊自然种群的定量研究成为可能。郑州中华按 蚊第9代种群数量还趋于增加之中。
Purpose: To study Anopheles sinensis populations in large bodies of water and wilderness in nature. Methods: The experimental tube suitable for shallow water quantitative research in paddy field was developed, which is suitable for the experimental network of deep water and large experimental cage close to the natural state. Using these tools, we studied the life table of Anopheles sinensis population in nature. Results: A series of research tools were used to quantitatively study the life table of the 8th generation Anopheles sinensis natural population in 1998. The death numbers, death factors, mortality, survival rate and death factor k values of each developmental period were calculated, and the key mortality factors in each developmental stage were analyzed. The predicted oviposition amount of the next generation was 8288, and the population trend index I was 6.3027. Conclusion: A series of research tools make it possible to quantitatively study the natural population of Anopheles sinensis. Anopheles sinensis 9th generation population in Zhengzhou also tends to increase.
