患者男,30岁。1977年11月23日因故意吞入约核桃大卵圆形石块,致吞咽困难,进食后呕吐,胸骨后疼痛1周入院.吞入石块后当时即感胸骨后胀痛,但不剧烈,此后进食困难,常在食后4～5分钟即有呕吐,只能饮少量流汁。外院x线透视发现食管相当于主动脉弓上方有一约直径3.5cm异物影,口服液体石腊50ml无缓解。体检:除营养欠佳、轻度脱水外无明显异常。x线胸片见食管第二狭窄相当第4胸椎平面有一约直径3.5cm高密度影,呈圆形,边界
