乙肝疫苗是预防和控制乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)传播的有效方法,但目前乙肝疫苗免疫方式较复杂,次数多,漏种率高。而一针缓释乙肝疫苗可以减少接种次数,简化免疫接种方式,提高整体接种覆盖率,易于推广。近年来缓释疫苗是生物制品研究最活跃的领域之一,本文着重介绍缓释乙肝疫苗佐剂研究中的HBsAg-PLGA和HBsAg-PELA微球的制备、抗原特征、免疫实验的研究进展。
Hepatitis B vaccine is an effective way to prevent and control the spread of Hepatitis B virus (HBV). But at present, the way of Hepatitis B vaccine is more complicated, the number of immunizations is more, and the rate of leakage is high. The one-dose slow-release hepatitis B vaccine can reduce the number of vaccinations, simplifying the immunization, improve the overall coverage of vaccination, easy to promote. In recent years, the sustained-release vaccine is one of the most active areas of biological research. This article focuses on the preparation of HBsAg-PLGA and HBsAg-PELA microspheres in the study of sustained release hepatitis B vaccine adjuvant, antigen characteristics, immunological experiments.
