目的测定七氟甲醚菊酯大鼠28 d吸入毒性。方法选择无特定病原体级成年SD大鼠,随机分成4组,每组12只,雌雄各半,分别吸入七氟甲醚菊酯0、0.58、1.70和6.48 mg/m3,每天4 h,每周5 d,共4周,实验结束时取血液分析丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)等11项生化指标,白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)等9项血常规指标,取心、肝、脾等7种主要脏器称重并做病理学检查。结果七氟甲醚菊酯1.70和6.48 mg/m3组动物染毒期间出现轻微震颤、口鼻周有血性分泌物等中毒表现。与对照组比较,1.70和6.48 mg/m3组雌性动物血液中WBC减少(P<0.01);6.48 mg/m3组动物体质量下降(P<0.05),其中雄性动物嗜碱粒细胞百分率降低(P<0.05)、肾脏系数增大(P<0.05),雌性动物血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)水平高(P<0.05)。结论七氟甲醚菊酯对SD大鼠的28 d亚急性吸入最大无作用质量浓度为0.58 mg/m3(4 h/d)。
Objective To determine the inhalation toxicity of hexaflumurilate in rats for 28 days. Methods Adult Sprague-Dawley rats without pathogen-specific pathogen were randomly divided into 4 groups with 12 mice in each group. Each group received inhalation of hexaflumfenpyr at 0, 0.58, 1.70 and 6.48 mg / m3 for 4 h daily 5 d for 4 weeks. At the end of the experiment, blood was taken for analysis of 11 biochemical indexes such as alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST), 9 blood counts such as white blood cell count (WBC) and red blood cell count (RBC) Conventional indicators, coring, liver, spleen and other seven kinds of major organs weighing and pathological examination. Results There was mild tremor during the exposure of 1.70 and 6.48 mg / m3 hexaflumuron in rabbits. The bloody discharge in the mouth and nose was poisoned. Compared with the control group, the WBC in the blood of 1.70 and 6.48 mg / m3 groups decreased (P <0.01), the body weight of the 6.48 mg / m3 group decreased (P <0.05), and the percentage of basophils in the male animals decreased (P <0.05). The renal coefficient increased (P <0.05) and the level of serum alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in female animals was higher (P <0.05). Conclusion The maximum inhibitory concentration (RSD) of hexaflumuron in SD rats at 28 days was 0.58 mg / m3 (4 h / d).
