目的调查对全省33家三级以上综合性医院输血科现状,加强对输血科的建设和管理。方法本次医院输血科的考核检查,的主要从医院管理者、临床医生和输血科工作人员等方面进行设计,具体包括机构设置和管理制度、输血规范和科学合理输血、血液贮存发放和输血质量管理进行考核检查。结果机构设置和管理制度、输血规范和科学合理输血、血液贮存发放和输血质量管理等方面的平均合格率分别为62.0%、67.3%、82.1%。结论医院输血科的建设和管理,首先卫生行政部门和医疗机构要对医院输血科进一步重视,加强科室建设和管理。其次,强化临床医护人员对输血的安全意识,严格按照临床输血有关规范操作。
Objective To investigate the status quo of transfusion department of 33 general hospitals above Grade III in the province and to strengthen the construction and management of transfusion department. Methods The hospital blood transfusion examination, mainly from the hospital managers, clinicians and blood transfusion staff and other aspects of the design, including institutional settings and management system, blood transfusion norms and scientific and rational blood transfusion, blood storage and delivery and quality of blood transfusion Management assessment examination. Results The average passing rate of institutional setting and management system, blood transfusion standard and scientific and reasonable blood transfusion, blood storage and delivery and blood transfusion quality management were 62.0%, 67.3% and 82.1% respectively. Conclusion The construction and management of hospital blood transfusion department, the first health administrative departments and medical institutions to further pay attention to the Department of Blood Transfusion, to strengthen the department building and management. Second, to strengthen the awareness of clinical staff on the safety of blood transfusion, in strict accordance with the relevant clinical transfusion operation.
