人α-心房利钠多肽(α-human Atrial Natri-uretic Polypeptide,α-hANP)是新近从人心房中分离、纯化的一种生物活性多肽,它由28个氨基酸组成,是人心房产生的一种激素。本文报告α-hANP的放射免疫测定及免疫组织化学观察结果。
Human α-human Atrial Natriuretic Polypeptide (α-hANP) is a bioactive peptide isolated and purified from the human atrium. It consists of 28 amino acids and is a Hormone. This article reports the results of radioimmunoassay and immunohistochemistry of α-hANP.
