蒙古语标准音是蒙古族共同语必不可少的一个重要组成部分,是蒙古族共同语在语音方面的标准,也是蒙古族各方言区的人们必须共同遵循的标准读法或读音规则。根据蒙古语语音结合规律,选择并确定词语的读音和词语与后缀的连读规则一向是蒙古语规范化的重要问题。为了解决这一问题,初步探索并提出以下几条规则:一是前化元音与腭化辅音的标音规则;二是阳性[Ι]元音的标音规则;三是元音和谐律的标音规则;四是复辅音的标音规则;五是弱化元音及其隐显规律的标音规则。
Mongolian standard pronunciation is an indispensable part of Mongolian common language. It is a standard of Mongolian common language in pronunciation. It is also a standard reading or pronunciation rule that people in all Mongolian dialects must follow. According to Mongolian voice combination rules, the rules of selecting and determining the pronunciations of words and the conjunction of words and suffixes have always been an important issue for the standardization of Mongolian language.
