伴随着科学技术、经济和社会迅速发展,企业在发展的过程中对参与工作的工作人员要求逐步增高,这就为成人教育教学质量和教学方式提出了新的挑战。课程作为教育的核心是教学模式进行改个的关键,课程建设逐步成为成人高校学历教育迎接挑战的主要阵地。成人高等教育在现阶段的教学体系中有着重要意义,是教学体系的重要组成成分,其在教学中课程建设是不容忽视的重点,是提高教学质量和效率的主要依据。目前普通高等学校开办的成人高等教育主要包括两方面内容,即学位教育与职业继续教育。本文研究了成人学位教育课程设置流程,就其中存在的问题进行研究和探讨,提出特色建设研究。
With the rapid development of science, technology, economy and society, enterprises are demanding more and more workers in the process of development. This poses new challenges for the quality of adult education and teaching methods. Curriculum as the core of education is the key to change the teaching mode. Curriculum construction has gradually become the main front for adult college education to meet the challenges. Adult higher education plays an important role in the current teaching system. It is an important part of the teaching system. Its construction of curricula in teaching is a key point that can not be ignored. It is the main basis for improving teaching quality and efficiency. At present, adult higher education run by ordinary colleges and universities mainly includes two aspects: degree education and career continuing education. This paper studies the process of setting up an adult degree education curriculum, studies and discusses the existing problems, and puts forward the research on the characteristic construction.
