南充驻市高校较多,人才济济,涵盖理、工、农、医、林、建筑、师范和服务业等各个行业,而南充大中小微企业众多,却严重缺乏人才,尤其是实用型和创新型人才匮乏,既制约企业良性发展和自主创新,还直接影响南充实施创新驱动和转变经济发展方式及加速推进南充跨越式发展的进程,对此,研究南充高校产学研和校企合作模式,探索高校如何更好地为地方经济建设服务献计献策。通过剖析南充职业技术学院机械制造专业与当地企事业合作模式的个案中提出构建于工作岗位的课程体系,让学生接触与适应工作岗位,及早参与和培养解决实际问题的能力,保障学生在各个阶段的学习具有连续性和整体性,从而建构完整的知识体系,为培养实用和创新型人才作铺垫。经过近年的实践,构建于工作岗位的课程体系的产学研合作模式,对学校、企业、社会、教师与学生均是受益者,呈现多赢的局面,效果良好,值得大力推广。
