从激光与涂层和金属材料的交互作用出发,应用有限差分法模拟计算钢应用激光以连续扫描加热方式进行热处理的非稳定温度场。采用AGA—782热像仪实际测定钢激光热处理表面温度场。实测和模拟计算结果有一定吻合。
Based on the interaction between laser and coating and metal materials, the finite difference method was used to simulate the unsteady temperature field in which the laser applied by the steel was continuously scanned and heated. Using AGA-782 thermal imager to measure the surface temperature field of steel laser heat treatment. The measured and simulation results have some agreement.
