建立完善的培训制度 企业培训涉及两个培训主体--企业和员工,这两个培训主体参与培训的目的存在一定的差别。在一定的制度条件下,这种差别将导致培训无法达到目的或效果很差。因此,要想提高培训的效率,就必须建立一套完整的培训制度,通过制度来明确双方的权利和义务,利益和责任,理顺双方的利益关系,使双方的目标和利益尽量相容。
Establishing a sound training system Corporate training involves two main training subjects--enterprises and employees. There is a certain difference between the two training subjects in the purpose of training. Under certain institutional conditions, this difference will result in the inability of the training to achieve its goals or its poor results. Therefore, if we want to improve the efficiency of training, we must establish a complete training system, through the system to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, interests and responsibilities, and rationalize the interests of both parties, so that the goals and interests of both parties as far as possible compatible.
