本文在剖析后金融危机时期我国新材料产业发展面临的主要困境的基础上,提出了构建创新型的产业人才培养机制,建立多元化的产业投融资体制,建设以市场为导向、产学研相结合的新材料技术创新体系,发展特色明显、内部协调的生态产业集群,构建层次明显、适用性强的产业标准体系等方面的对策。 Based on the analysis of the main difficulties in the development of China’s new material industry during the financial crisis, this paper proposes to set up an innovative training mechanism for industrial talents, establish a diversified investment and financing system for industry, and establish a market-oriented system combining production, education and research New material technology innovation system, the development of obvious characteristics, internal coordination of eco-industrial clusters, building a clear hierarchy, applicability of the industry standard system and other aspects of the countermeasures.
