中国共产党第十八次会议于二零一二年十一月顺利在北京召开,在此次会议上,我国为社会主义建设开创出了新的天地:首先,明确表示在二零二零年我国有望实现全方位小康社会的建设目标;其次,转变我国社会主义事业的整体构局,即自“四位一体”过渡到“五位一体”。纵观“五位一体”这一整体构局,社会建设的影响力不可小觑,与此同时,它还是创建社会主义社会的核心保证。而社会组织又属于社会创建与监管主体中的一部分,它极大的推动了社会治理的实施。目前,我国经济社会实现了飞跃式的发展,以及行政制度改革的持续开展,使得发展与促进社会组织融入到社会治理,现已逐步演变为深层次社会管理变革的根本方向。

At the same time, it is also the core guarantee for the establishment of a socialist society. Social organizations, on the other hand, belong to the main body of social creation and supervision. They greatly promote the implementation of social governance. At present, the rapid economic and social development in our country has taken place and the continuous reform of the administrative system has taken place. The development and promotion of the social organization into social governance have now gradually evolved into the fundamental direction of the profound social management reform.
