如何正确评估肾替代治疗(主要包括血液透析及腹膜透析)患者的营养及体液状况一直是临床医师面临的难题。近年来生物电阻抗分析法在评估肾替代患者营养及体液状况方面受到较多的关注。它是基于电学方法测定的技术,建立在人体不同组织电阻不同的基础上,通过测量人体营养及体液相关指标来进行分析。与传统的方法相比,生物电阻抗分析法具有非侵入性、便携性、重复性好、操作简单、患者易接受等优点。现就此进展予以综述。
How to correctly evaluate the nutritional and body fluid status of patients undergoing renal replacement therapy (mainly including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis) has always been a challenge faced by clinicians. In recent years, bioelectrical impedance analysis in the assessment of patients with renal replacement nutrition and body fluid conditions have received more attention. It is based on the electrical determination of the technology, based on the different resistance of different tissues in the body based on the measurement of human nutrition and body fluids related indicators for analysis. Compared with the traditional methods, bioelectrical impedance analysis is non-invasive, portable, repeatable, simple, patient-friendly and so on. This progress is to be reviewed.
