目的 :了解氯敌鼠钠盐 (Chlorophacinone)对云南家栖、农田主要害鼠的杀灭效果。方法 :浸泡法配制成碎玉米毒饵 ,设室内和农田两个现场 ,每个现场有 0 .0 12 75%、0 .0 17%两种浓度毒饵 ,农田一次性投放 ,亩用 2 0 0 g ,以上海产溴敌隆 (Bromadiolone)作对照 ,亩用 150g ;户用 4 0 0 g。夹夜法调查灭鼠效果 ,平行跳跃法调查保苗率。观察害鼠对各项处理的适口性和死亡时间。结果 :3种处理在农田和室内都取得一致的灭效 ,经 χ2 检验 ,两个现场的各处理间差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5)。对害鼠适口性好 ,投饵后 3d取食率均在 90 %以上 ;投饵后 2~ 3d出现死鼠 ,4~ 7d为死亡高峰期。结论 :氯敌鼠钠盐投饵量小 ,灭鼠效果好 ,灭鼠率达 86.5%以上 ,保苗率在 92 .0 %以上 ,与使用溴敌隆的综合成本差异不大 ,灭效亦相当 ,且药价较溴敌隆便宜 ,是大面积防制的后继药剂或搭配药剂
Objective: To understand the killing effect of Chlorophacinone on the major pests in homes and farmlands in Yunnan Province. Methods: Soak cornmeal bait was prepared by soaking method. Two sites of indoor and farmland were set up. Each site had 0 .1275% and 0.017% , With the above domestic production of bromadiolone (Bromadiolone) control, mu with 150g; household 4OO. Check the night law to eliminate rodent effects, parallel jump method to investigate seedling rate. Observe rat pest control palatability and death time. Results: The three kinds of treatments all achieved the same efficacy in farmland and indoor. There was no significant difference between the treatments at the two sites (χ2 test) (P> 0.05). Paw on the harmful rats, 3d feeding rate after feeding are above 90%; 2 ~ 3d after the bait appeared dead rats, 4 ~ 7d for the peak of death. CONCLUSION: Sodium trichloropyridine sodium has low feeding amount and good anti-rodent effect. The rodent-killing rate is over 86.5% and the seedling protection rate is over 92.0%. The comprehensive cost of bromadiolone is similar to that of bromadiolone, The price is cheaper than bromadiolone, which is the successor to large-scale control or with pharmaceuticals
