进入信息时代,人们最深的感触是电脑对社会方方面面的渗透,人们越来越倾向随时随地用电脑处理各方面的问题,掌握计算机基础知识及操作技能,将其运用于我们日常工作中,的确能够带来高效、便捷的工作效率,收到事半功倍的效果。生产统计接触最多的是入库单、帐簿,我的日常工作是去半成品库、成品库取入库单,然后逐一登记入帐,有时调度需要查某一单机的缺件情况,总要翻帐本,一一查找,非常繁琐,我想能不能把帐薄“搬”到电脑里,需要时,调出来不但能够掌握生产进度,还能随时向生产车间反馈缺件情况,于是我用EXCEL设计了下面这样的表格:
