一台ZL50型装载机行驶过程中突然被制动,停车加大油门、充气5min后,方可行驶。检查发现,充气气压表显示的气压很小,而且进气非常缓慢,多次使用制动后, 气压迅速下降为零。为此,我们逐个排除,先将打气泵的出气口拆下,检查打气泵,其工作正常、符合标准。当拆下空气罐的接头时,听见“啪”的一声并伴有一股高压气体喷出,好像是气流受阻,拆下空气罐的单向阀时,发现单向阀弹簧折断成两段并重叠。由此可以判定单向阀弹簧折断重叠使单向阀的进气量非常小,导致气体进入空气罐缓慢,造成一股气流长时间聚集在空气罐的接头处。根据单向阀的原理,单向阀的弹簧折断后,空气罐内的气体得不到平衡,加上进气缓慢,所以多踩几脚制动,气压就下降非常快,达不到规定要求,并使制动抱死。更换单向阀后,故障被排除。

From this it can be determined that the one-way valve spring breaks the overlap so that the check valve’s intake air volume is very small, causing the gas to enter the air tank slowly, resulting in a stream of air gathering for a long time at the junction of the air tank. According to the principle of one-way valve, check valve springs break, the air can not balance the gas tank, coupled with the slow intake, so more than a few foot brake, the pressure drops very fast, less than the required requirements , And make the brake lock. After replacing the check valve, the fault is eliminated.
