以德兴覆盆子即掌叶覆盆子为试材,分别于坐果后5、10、15、20、25、30、35、40、45d采样,系统分析其生长发育规律和果实解剖构造,为当前林区发展德兴覆盆子产业提供参考依据。结果表明:德兴覆盆子自花谢到果实成熟约需50d,果实生长发育呈双“S”曲线,4月2—12日为第1个生长高峰,4月12—27日为缓慢生长期,4月27日至5月7日为第2个生长高峰;果实迅速生长期是决定产量的关键时期,生产上应及时采取增施有机肥等措施,使果实充分膨大,有利于提高产量,同时根据市场需求及时采收果实,协调好营养竞争关系,确保丰产丰收;解剖结构显示种子在果实的缓慢生长期逐渐发育形成,是种子的发育关键时期,用做采种的德兴覆盆子应重视此时的营养调节;小核果实生长发育在解剖结构上表现为果实外果皮、中果皮及内果皮3个部分细胞的分裂与膨大;内果皮强烈木质化,致使种壳坚硬,增加种子萌发难度。
