对银川市区378家饮食流动摊贩调查,76.9%业主及从业人员为外地人,文化水平较低。领取卫生许可证后到期不更换的占31.8%,健康证、培训证持有率为85.3%,并有11%的从业人员健康证、培训证是冒名顶替。97.1%无防尘、防蝇、冷藏设施,生熟、容器不分,90.7%从业人员工作衣帽不整洁。87.3%的摊位无消毒设施,致使几年来食具消毒监测合格率未达到90%以上。在市场经济搞活的形势下,饮食流动摊贩将会大幅度增加,如任其发展,将出现“三多、三差”的状况,其结果会严重威胁消费者的健康。提示加强对饮食流动摊贩管理已刻不容缓。
