为了解非繁殖季节舍饲陕北白绒山羊的超数排卵效率,试验采用连续注射生殖激素的方式对4只陕北白绒山羊进行超数排卵处理,本交配种后48~60 h手术法收集胚胎,在显微镜下鉴定胚胎发育时期,从而对非繁殖季节陕北白绒山羊的超数排卵效率进行分析。结果表明:处理后共产生49个排卵点,回收后获得32枚胚胎,胚胎回收率达到65.31%。胚胎发育阶段分布在原核期至8-细胞期,以4-细胞期和8-细胞期胚胎多见,未见未受精的卵母细胞,卵母细胞受精率达到100%。
In order to understand the ovulation efficiency of Shanbei white cashmere goats feeding in the non-breeding season, four northern Shaanxi cashmere goats were subjected to superovulation by continuous injection of reproductive hormones. After 48 to 60 h of operation, The embryos were collected and the embryonic development stage was identified under the microscope to analyze the superovulation efficiency of the Shanbei white cashmere goats in the non-breeding season. The results showed that after the treatment, a total of 49 ovulation points were produced, 32 embryos were recovered after harvest, and the embryo recovery rate reached 65.31%. Embryonic development stage in the prokaryotic to 8-cell stage to 4-cell and 8-cell embryos more common, no unfertilized oocytes, fertilization rate of 100% of oocytes.
