战略的思想自古就有,我国春秋战国时期《孙子兵法》一书很多都运用了战略的思想。而对于战略思想的体现,可能最为著名的莫过于三国时期诸葛亮的隆中对,淋漓尽致展示了实现“汉室匡扶大业”的三步曲:先取荆州,再取益州,最后逐鹿中原的战略构想。现代企业中的战略是指是指企业根据环境的变化、本身的资源和实力,选择适合的经营领域和产品,形成自己的核心竞争力,并通过差异化在竞争中取胜,随着世界经济一体化进程的加快和随之而来的国际竞争的加剧,对企业战略的要求愈来愈高。本期我们邀请两位专家一起分析如何利用战略改进业务。
