目的:评价微量组织培养半数感染量病毒滴定法(简称微量TCID50法)检测4种常用消毒剂对脊髓灰质炎病毒(polioV)的灭活效果。方法:将PolioV滴定于96孔细胞培养板中的细胞上进行培养,测定病毒接触消毒剂前后感染细胞的滴度。结果:2%碱性戊二醛、1%二氯异氰尿酸钠(5200mg·L1)5min内能有效杀灭polioV(病毒滴度下降≥3log),0.2%过氧乙酸和0.5%碘伏(4000mg·L1)需10min(病毒滴度下降>3log)。结论:用微量TCID50法评价消毒剂对病毒的灭活效果,客观、灵敏、简便易行
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the inactivation effect of four commonly used disinfectants against polioV by microtiter microdialysis virus titration (TCID50 for short). Methods: PolioV was titrated on the cells in 96-well cell culture plates and the titer of infected cells before and after exposure to disinfectant was measured. Results: 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde, 1% sodium dichloroisocyanurate (5200mg · L1) within 5min can effectively kill polioV (viral titer drop ≥ 3log), 0.2% peracetic acid and 0 .5% iodophor (4000mg · L 1) takes 10min (viral titer drop> 3log). Conclusion: TCID50 method was used to evaluate the inactivation effect of disinfectant on virus, objective, sensitive and simple
