目的探索吴氏白蛉在人工条件下的越冬情况。方法 A组:幼虫在温度10~18℃和相对湿度30%~45%的饲养皿中越冬;B组:幼虫在温度1~13℃和湿度45%~70%的饲养皿中越冬;C组:幼虫在温度1~13℃和湿度45%~70%的产卵罐中越冬。结果化蛹率从高到低依次为C组、B组和A组,平均为52.6%。A组、B组和C组的羽化率分别为15.1%、64.3%和70.6%,总成虫转化率分别为7.2%、32.7%和41.7%,有效积温分别为3000、2975和2960日℃;在越冬幼虫化蛹和羽化集中程度方面,A组最分散,B组和C组羽化时间明显集中。结论环境温度对白蛉越冬有重要影响,吴氏白蛉越冬需要2978日℃的有效积温,越冬温度高时,滞育期缩短,成虫提前羽化和出洞活动,影响白蛉交配和吸血;平均温度<11℃,滞育时间超过9个月时,才能确保成虫交配和吸血的顺利完成。湿度是影响吴氏白蛉越冬的重要因素,越冬时湿度<75%常能导致白蛉幼虫死亡。
Objective To explore the wintering conditions of white catfish Wu under artificial conditions.
