资源基础观认为资源差异引起效益差异,能力基础观指出能力高低决定职业定位,动态能力是大学生在职业生涯中面对竞争压力最为重要的能力,在动态环境中,大学生只有具备变化动态获取资源的能力才能得到更好的发展。为分析智力资本、动态能力对大学生职业定位的作用,以某高校毕业生职业定位获取数据进行调查,采用Logistic回归模型分析智力资本和动态能力作用,希望能为职业教育提供一些参考。
The resource-based view is regarded as the difference in resources, which brings about the difference in benefits. The basic concept of ability indicates that the ability determines the career orientation and the dynamic ability is the most important ability of college students to face the competitive pressure in their careers. Only in dynamic environment can the undergraduates have dynamic access to resources Ability to get better development. In order to analyze the role of intellectual capital and dynamic ability in college students’ career orientation, this paper investigates the employment status of college graduates by means of Logistic regression model to analyze the role of intellectual capital and dynamic ability, hoping to provide some references for vocational education.
